Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: A typical order from our website will be delivered in 3-6 days. Small packages ship USPS First Class (3-5 days) and heavier ones ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or FedEx Ground (1-5 days). In addition to this, please allow one business day for your order to be assembled, packed, and transported to the carrier.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes. Please place your order as usual and we will upgrade the shipping afterwards. You can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a quote for express shipping. We respond quickly to email. Please let us know the exact date you need the order to arrive. We will look up the zip code on your order and let you know what the additional cost would be. A: We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders will be processed within one business day. There is no mail service on Federal holidays. We will notify you by e-mail if there is a delay in shipping your order.

A: Yes. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email when your order is scanned by the carrier. This usually occurs between 5 PM and 10 PM Eastern (Monday through Friday).

Q: Why do some items take a longer for delivery?
A: Some items in our store are made to order by our jeweler (or other 3rd-party vendor). Depending on the item, it might have to be cast, plated, enameled, jeweled, polished, engraved, etc.

A: Our shipping rates are based on the value of your order. The total shipping charge includes postage, packaging materials, and insurance. Certain items that are especially heavy or fragile may have a flat shipping charge. Such charges will be indicated in the product description. Your package is insured against theft and loss between our office and your mailbox.
